We highly encourage you to buy the convention meal pass, but in the event you need to miss a couple of meals then you can purchase each meal separately.

REFUND POLICY
If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. All processing fees are nonrefundable. If you would like to transfer your registration to another Kiwanis member, please contact districtsecretary@mtkiwanis.org to update the registration.

Refunds will be issued by the following dates:
On or before July 25th, 2025 - 100% refund
Between July 26th - August 1st, 2025 - 50% refund
After August 1st, 2025 - NO refunds
